Liz is a Practice Principal at St George Physiotherapy and Pilates and has worked at the clinic since she graduated form Sydney University in 2004. Liz completed her Masters in Sports Physiotherapy in 2012 and has worked with Australian Rugby Union, St George-Illawarra Dragons Rugby League, Sutherland Shire Netball Association, Southern Districts Rugby Union and the AIS Rugby League programs. She is currently the appointed physiotherapist for the Qantas Australian Women's Rugby 7s team.

Liz is a keen sportswoman herself, and strongly believes in an active approach to most of her rehabilitation. She therefore has an interest in all aspects of sports-related injuries and rehabilitation, and works with people of all ages and abilities.

Ben is a Practice Principal at St George Physiotherapy and Pilates. He graduated from the University of Otago (NZ) in 2001 with a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy and completed a Masters Level Post Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at Auckland University of Technology in 2006. He has worked and managed sports injury clinics in Auckland and the United Kingdom as well working with the Marist North Harbour Rugby Club, New Zealand Woman's Basketball and New Zealand Women's Rugby teams.

Ben has always had an interest in running injuries, which provided the foundation for his interest in lower limb and running based injuries and treadmill gait analysis. Having treated so many marathon runners, took the plunge himself and began marathon running for charity. He feels this now means he can fully understand what runners go through when suffering injuries both physically and psychologically (Yes runners are definitely a different breed of individual!).

Ben has a strong manual therapy focus predominately using a 'hands on' approach in combination with biomechanical analysis, exercise prescription and dry needling to get the desired outcomes for his patients.

Joel has been a practicing Physiotherapist since 2007 and has a wide variety of experience in treating sports injuries. Joel has completed both a Bachelor of Medical Science and a Masters in Physiotherapy. He has also completed his level 2 sports physiotherapy and dry needling qualifications. Joel has worked at the clinic for the past 4 years and is appointed to the St George Dragons Harlod Matthews and SG Ball junior rugby league teams.

Joel is a keen skier and has been working down the snowfields this winter season where he has gained experience in treating a variety of acute traumatic injuries. He is an enthusiastic member of our team and looks forward to getting you moving, whether it's just back on your feet or back on the sporting field.

Harrison graduated from the University of Sydney in 2011 with a Master of Physiotherapy. He has a strong exercise background, having graduated from the University of Sydney in 2009 with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. He is appointed to the St George Dragons Harlod Matthews and SG Ball junior rugby league teams and has previously worked with Southern Districts rugby, Sutherland Sire Netball Association and the Sydney university Touch football club.

Harrison's primary areas of interest include all sports related injuries and rehabilitation, exercise prescription and paediatrics.

Joining the team at St George Physiotherapy in 2009, Beth specialises in individualised exercise prescription for rehabilitation and conditioning. Working as a clinical Pilates instructor since 2004, she completed her Physiotherapy degree in 2005 and gained further qualifications in 2008 when she became a certified Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation Instructor. As a physiotherapist, Beth has worked in hospitals, private practice and specialist Pilates studios.

Beth's special interests include the rehabilitation of low back, hip and pelvic pain as well as posture related conditions. As a previous ballet and contemporary dancer, Beth has a strong passion for moving and getting other people moving. When not in the clinic, Beth is studying hard completing her Masters of Public Health.

Laura started at St George Physio in 2011. She came to us with extensive experience in both hospital and private practice settings having worked here in Australia as well as the UK. Laura graduated from Sydney University in 2004, and has completed extensive post graduate studies in the areas of clinical Pilates as well as the spine, pelvis and hip. She currently splits her time between our Pilates exercise studio and our clinic.

Laura's interest in movement and control stems from her dancing background. She brings a very dedicated and enthusiastic approach to all her rehab programs whether it is in our Pilates studio or the clinic.
